Your area of responsibility

• Quality Management: You’ll drive the development of our quality management system and play a leading role in shaping processes and quality standards. This includes reporting, the operational implementation of projects as a quality manager, and contributing your own ideas.
• Quality in Everyday Operations: You ensure that our standards are upheld in our day-to-day operations. Not as an inspector, but as someone who maintains an overview, helps design training programs, certifies professional qualifications, and works closely with the team and department managers to find the best solution.
• HR matters for seasonal employees: From the job interview through onboarding to their departure, you’re the point of contact—you provide support, listen, mediate, and, in the event of an escalation, make decisions.
